Any products you are not satisfied with can be returned within 14 days of purchase in their unused, original condition and packaging for a full refund. Unless an error has been made on your order, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of customised & personalised items, these are non-refundable. I will send a proof during the ordering process, before I go ahead and create the item. Any additions can be discussed here and changes can be made to suit your requirements during this proofing process.
I like to keep an open communication and only when you are 100% happy, will I create the item and send it to you.
On the off chance there was any damage to your item during transit, just drop me a message in the first instance and I can look into a solution.
