Can I personalise any card?

As I make all of my cards by hand, the answer to that would be yes! Drop me a message and we can discuss any personalisation details and I will send a proof before you purchase.

Can you personalise other items?

I make all of the items myself and all of the printing is done here in my home studio, by me. Please drop me a message with any questions regarding personalising any other item.

Custom and personalised orders

Due to the nature of customised & personalised items, these are non-refundable. I will send a proof during the ordering process, before I go ahead and create the item. 

Any additions can be discussed here and changes can be made to suit your requirements during this proofing process.

I like to keep an open communication and only when you are 100% happy, will I create the item and send it to you.

On the off chance there was any damage to your item during transit, just drop me a message in the first instance and I can look into a solution.
